1. Definitions

“Company” refers to Road Angel, a transportation brokerage service provider.
“Client” refers to the individual or business utilizing Road Angel’s services.
“Carrier” refers to the independent transportation providers contracted by Road Angel.

2. Scope of Services

Road Angel acts as a brokerage service, facilitating agreements between Clients and Carriers for the transportation of goods. Road Angel does not own or operate vehicles and is not liable for the actions or performance of Carriers.

3. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information regarding shipment details.
Ensure that goods are properly packaged and meet all regulatory requirements.
Promptly pay agreed fees as outlined in the booking confirmation.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All payments must be made in accordance with the terms provided in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or penalties.

5. Carrier Responsibilities

Road Angel ensures that Carriers meet industry standards, but the responsibility for timely delivery, proper handling, and safety of goods lies solely with the Carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

Road Angel is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by Carriers or unforeseeable events such as weather or natural disasters.
Liability for cargo damage or loss is governed by the terms of the Carrier’s insurance policy.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Changes to Terms

Road Angel reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on our official website or communicated through other appropriate channels. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Road Angel operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By accessing and using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.
